1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The cancellation or refund request must be submitted at least 48 hours (3 x 24 hours) before the scheduled tour or pick-up date.
The pre-paid booking must not have been used or partially completed.
A valid booking confirmation or payment receipt must be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Reservations
Certain reservations and items are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Gift certificates, travel vouchers, or special event fees.
Promotional rates, discounted bookings, or non-refundable reservations.
Services already utilized, partially completed tours, or additional add-ons used during the trip.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour or pick-up time.
3. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the procedure below:
1. Submit a formal refund request to topbalidrivers@gmail.com including your booking details.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
3. If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4. Reservation Cancellations
In the event that you choose to cancel your booking:
Top Bali Driver reserves the right to retain applicable cancellation fees for late cancellations or no-shows according to our booking terms.
Any remaining deposit balance for group bookings or multi-day tours will be refunded based on the applicable policy.
Complimentary services or promotional add-ons associated with the reservation will be forfeited upon cancellation
