Terms & Conditions
Vehicle Information
Our vehicle is in excellent condition, legally insured, and fully air-conditioned. The car is kept clean at all times and follows a strict no-smoking policy.
Service Details
Duration: Service must be used in one block between 6:00 AM and 12:00 midnight
Overtime: Extra time beyond 10 hours is charged at 10% of the daily rate per additional hour. Minor delays (10–15 minutes) are free of charge.
Pricing Basis: The rate is per car (not per person) and valid for the standard South and Central Bali areas.
Payment: Cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the driver at the start or end of the trip.
Pick-Up / Drop-Off Zones
Free hotel pick-up and drop-off are available in the following areas:
Airport, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, North Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Denpasar, Sanur, and Ubud (central areas)
For other locations, please contact us for availability and pricing. If you stay in multiple areas during your trip, mention this in your inquiry for a custom quote.

Toll road is available between City of Denpasar, the Airport and Nusa Dua area, and costs IDR 14.000 (about 90 cents) for each entrance.
If you hire our driver from 12AM to 5AM, there’s a midnight travel fee of IDR 100.000 per day.

- Fee cancellation 15% before 3 days.
